Jude 21, 22 says, "Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And of some have compassion, making a difference." In keeping with this mission, it is the heartfelt desire of every Sunday School teacher to reach out to each member of their class through the love of Jesus Christ. Ultimately, by teaching them His WORD, we want to make a difference in their lives and the lives of their families.

It is the mission of the Sunday School Department of CrossRidge Baptist Church, to be an open door and an intensive care ward for the unsaved. We will prayerfully watch over the souls of these little ones as we realize God, in His infinite love and tender mercy, will work in their hearts and lives. We hope that after their salvation, we are diligent to instruct these entrusted into our care, line upon line, precept upon precept, all things whatsoever the Lord has commanded us. (Matthew 28: 19, 20) We understand that is not just our "talk" but also our "walk" that may convey this great message. It is our desire to be used of God to train these little ones to develop their own personal walk with the Lord and our ultimate goal is to develop laborers and leaders for the cause of Christ. Then, they can in turn, teach their own children and teach the next generation of the manifold grace of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
